The Assessment Lien Specialist position is full-time and will report to the Fair Oaks, Sacramento office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pacific.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with clients and property owners
- Processing lien files
- Coordinating HOA documentation
- Preparing all documents necessary to conduct a non-judicial foreclosure from inception to termination
- Coordinating signing of documents
- Ordering and reviewing searches and reports from title companies as well as coordinating recording of documents
- Providing clients with copies of recorded documents
- Preparing and coordinating mailings of required notices as required by law
- Maintaining both a physical and electronic file for each matter
- Maintaining physical and electronic calendars of open files with target dates
- Scheduling and coordinating trustee sales with outside vendors
- Interacting with outside vendors to postpone, cancel, and/or conduct sales; obtaining results; preparing surplus mailings when required
- Reviewing information on bankruptcy court website
- Preparing recissions, reinstatements, and payoff demands
- Preparing and sending status reports as requested by clients or on a weekly or monthly basis
- Answering phones and general office duties
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in basic math
- Notary Public (can complete upon hire)
Additional Details
- This is an in-person role for the Fair Oaks, Sacramento office
- Hours for this role are 8am-5pm Pacific
- Salary for this role is between $45,000 - $60,000

The Trustee Sale Officer position is full-time and will report to the Puyallup, Washington office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pacific.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with clients
- Processing all new foreclosure files
- Preparing all documents necessary to conduct a non-judicial foreclosure from inception to termination
- Coordinating signing of documents with the appropriate party
- Interacting with title companies in ordering title products and coordinating recording of documents
- Providing clients with copies of recorded documents
- Preparing and coordinating mailings of required notices as required by law
- Maintaining both a physical and electronic “file” for each matter
- Maintaining physical and electronic calendars of open files with target dates
- Reviewing title product, comparing information to what we have been given, and uploading information to software
- Preparing invoices for clients
- Providing clients with timeline for the whole foreclosure process and communicating next steps
- Scheduling and coordinating trustee sales with outside vendors
- Interacting with outside vendors to conduct sales; obtain results; prepare surplus mailings when required
- Handling all sale postponements
- Searching online for active duty military status to ensure no violations of SCRA
- Reviewing information on bankruptcy court website
- Coordinating and dispersing of third-party funds from public auctions
- Preparing reconveyances, reinstatements, and payoff demands
- Preparing and sending status reports as requested by clients or on a weekly or monthly basis
- Answering phones and general office duties
