Randy Newman

President and CEO


Randy is the founder and CEO of TLS. As a serial entrepreneur, he has been active in the real estate and default industry since 1982. As an attorney licensed for over 30 years in his native New York, he specializes in complex commercial foreclosures (including multi-note and multi-deed of trust). With degrees in both accounting and law, Randy enjoys strategizing with TLS’s clients. He is a longtime member of the United Trustees Association where he currently serves on its board of directors and has been elected as president of the organization for 2021, a post he has previously held.

Randy is a highly rated and in-demand speaker and writer on issues involving defaults and default servicing. He is recognized by the California Superior Courts as an expert witness on foreclosure issues. He is licensed as a real estate broker in both Arizona and California and has his MLO license in California. Randy is certified by the UTA as a trustee sale officer at its highest level.

Since 1982, Marsha has been involved in the trustee industry. Her experience encompasses California Deeds of Trust and homeowner association collections. She specializes in complex, high liability California foreclosures. Marsha served on the Board of Directors of the United Trustees Association.

Tina Biskupiak

Division Vice President

Tina is the Senior Foreclosure Officer who oversees the daily foreclosure processes for the Arizona/Texas Division. She is certified as a trustee sale officer by the United Trustees Association. Tina was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. In her free time, she likes to read, craft, bargain shop, and cruise to beautiful places. She is married with two daughters and one granddaughter.

Chelcey Desana

Executive Assistant

Chelcey is Randy's executive assistant. Her role is to keep the executive's schedule and tasks organized so that he and the company run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. She graduated with a degree in psychology from UCLA and believes that the knowledge she gained there helps her to lead Randy and the team to success. In her free time, she likes to go on walks, read books, and spend quality time with her husband and two kids.

Brittany Lokey

Director of Accounting

Brittany is the Office Coordinator at TLS. Her role at the company is to oversee the bookkeeping and ensure day-to-day operations around the office are running smoothly. She graduated from San Diego State University in 2017 with a degree in Economics and soon after earned her California Real Estate License. Brittany loves attending music festivals and concerts. She also enjoys reading, writing, camping, and spending time with her loved ones.

Max Newman

Vice President of Operations

Max is a Trustee Sales Officer who focuses on non-judicial foreclosure processing in California and Nevada as well as streamlining internal procedures and processes for efficiency. Max grew up in San Diego and moved to Philadelphia to attend Drexel University for both his undergraduate (2015) and master’s (2016) degrees. Max is certified as a trustee sale officer by the United Trustees Association.  After a few too many cold winters, he moved back home to San Diego. Max loves traveling, music, and playing basketball.

Brennan Romeril

Chief Marketing Officer

Brennan is the Chief Marketing Officer for TLS. His role includes overseeing all marketing efforts, including brand strategy, web development, advertising, events, and asset creation. He graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in Communications and has held various Marketing, Creative, and Operations roles since 2010, specializing in marketing program management, graphic design, and photography. In his free time, he attends symphonies, operas, and musicals, and loves to moodboard, design, and create new spaces in his home.

Rachel Seropian

Division Vice President

Rachel is a Senior Trustee Sale Officer at TLS. Her main roles are to oversee trustee sale officers, process foreclosure files, and to respond to emails/assist clients. She grew up in Northern California and graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology. Rachel is certified as a trustee sale officer by the United Trustees Association. She loves to watch sports, go to the gym, and visit the beach in her free time.

Lori Bradford

Director of Sales

Lori has over 25 years of experience in the trustee industry. She began her career processing commercial and residential foreclosures before moving into sales. Lori is responsible for client development and education.

Rory Cambra

Vice President, National Accounts

Rory is the Vice President of Marketing for Total Lender Solutions. He has over 20 years of experience working in the real estate and finance marketing industries. Rory helps to lead a cross-functional team, building unique foreclosure products and services that are helping people achieve more in their business. He is deeply passionate about creating loved and trusted products and services that help people navigate their careers and achieve their business goals.

Tara Campbell

Division Vice President

Tara Campbell is a seasoned trustee sales officer with 20 years of experience. She currently manages our assessment lien division and processes foreclosures in California. In addition, Tara handles reverse mortgage foreclosures throughout California and Nevada. She obtained California Level 1 Certification from the United Trustees Association and is a Notary Public.

Lauren Meyer

Division Vice President

Lauren Meyer is a seasoned trustee sales officer with 30 years of experience. She currently processes files in California, Arizona, and Nevada and is our lead auditor of files for compliance and accuracy. Lauren Meyer has earned name recognition throughout the industry as being an expert in the default services industry.

Morgan is a Foreclosure Assistant in the Arizona/Texas division. Her main role within the company is to handle the daily administrative tasks in processing foreclosures. In her spare time, she likes to craft and do DIY projects.
