Marsha Townsend dedicated over four decades to the trustee industry, beginning her career in 1982. Her expertise encompassed California Deeds of Trust and homeowner association collections, with a specialization in complex, high-liability California foreclosures. Marsha also served on the Board of Directors of the United Trustees Association.
Following the acquisition of her company by Total Lender Solutions, Marsha became an integral part of the TLS leadership team as Executive Vice President. Her commitment and contributions have left a lasting impact on the company and the industry.
Marsha retired in 2025, and we honor her legacy by recognizing her enduring influence on our organization.
